Refund & Cancellation Policy – Click & Steer

1. Prepaid Reservations
Click & Steer operates as a prepaid vehicle reservation platform. All bookings made through clickandsteer.com are subject to the following unified cancellation and refund rules. Operator-specific policies do not apply to platform bookings.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of checkout in order to be confirmed.
Reservations are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Cancellation Rules
The following cancellation structure applies:
Rentals lasting 3 days or fewer
Non-refundable once confirmed.
Rentals lasting more than 3 days
- The first three (3) days are non-refundable.
- Remaining unused days are refundable.
- Refunds are calculated based on the original booking rate.
3. Modifications
- Booking changes may be requested up to 48 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
- A modification fee of BBD $30 may apply.
- If the modification results in a lower rental cost, the difference is not refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time is considered a no-show.
- In the event of a no-show, the full prepaid rental amount is forfeited.
5. Operator Cancellation
If the vehicle operator cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Click & Steer.
Processing time depends on the card network and issuing bank and may take 5–10 business days to appear on the cardholder’s statement.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed:
- Platform service fee (BBD $20)
- Modification fee
- No-show bookings
- The first three rental days where applicable
